Up to 100 transactions, 1 bank account and 1 credit card, monthly reports.

$750 /month

Up to 300 transactions, 3 bank accounts and 2 cards, bill entry and a monthly review call.

Established

$1,150 /month

Up to 600 transactions, 5 bank accounts and 3 cards, invoicing, payroll coordination and quarterly reviews.

A one-time onboarding fee equals one month of your package ($450 minimum). Churches and nonprofits receive a 15% ministry rate.

Hi, I’m Christina

I’ve kept books for small businesses for more than 15 years, including twelve years as office manager and bookkeeper for a group of consulting firms. Since 2021, I’ve run Benefit Bookkeeping, building custom systems for clients like a multi-property short-term rental company and a nonprofit organization.

Before bookkeeping, I was a teacher. That still shapes how I work: clear systems, steady routines, and explaining your numbers in plain language.

I’ve been married to Clint since 2001. He’s been a pastor in vocational ministry since 2002, and we have two kids. Family is my top priority. Our family also runs an Airbnb, so I understand small business from the owner’s side, too.

Based in Centerburg, Ohio, working with clients online. I answer within one business day, Monday to Friday.
